PaletteWB is an application for converting palettes between different formats such as GIMP, Adobe Photoshop, Fractint, and Microsoft. It can render palettes to GIF files and export them to JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Additionally, PaletteWB can generate animated GIFs using colorcycling.
